We have recently changed our payment system to STRIPE and now can accept payments from almost any credit card and debit card, no matter where you live. We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. Stripe’s card processing service supports US-issued card and most non-US issued cards with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, or American Express logo (collectively “the Card Networks”) including credit, debit, pre-paid, or gift cards.

Return Policy
Returns will be accepted for store credit only within 7 days from the date item was delivered. ParisBelle will not accept any returns after the 7 days. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged with original tags intact and attached and free of any stains (make up/deodorant etc…) Sale items, special-order and custom-order items cannot be returned for credit, or refund. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on jewelry. Swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged. Pantyhose, tights, stocking are final sale items.
You must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA) prior to sending any merchandise back. You may obtain a number by emailing us or simply go to the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page. Please include the reason for the return or exchange. You must write the RA # on the outside of the package.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A restocking fee will be charged on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an “un-deliverable” address. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping and the return shipping to us.
ParisBelle reserves the right to limit the number of returns. ParisBelle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend you to ship your package with insurance using a trackable shipping method.
Returns are processed approximately within 7 business days once received. An email confirmation will be sent once your refund has been issued.

Your purchase will take 24-48 hours to process and ship. For standard shipping please allow 3-7 business days from the date the package was shipped. Alternative shipping options are available at additional costs. Please contact us with any questions. We currently only ship to the continental U.S. However, every rule has an exception. Just ask us….You never know!

Offer valid for Continental US only. Subtotal must be $200 or more before taxes. Package will ship for free using standard shipping services. Order will be delivered by the local post office. Standard shipping delivery time typically is 5-7 business days depending on your location. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times.

ParisBelle cannot be held responsible for the display of any color, texture or detail of its merchandise on your computer or phone screen. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The inclusion of any products in our website at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products will be available at any time. If you purchase an item which is no longer in stock, we will give you a full refund plus any applicable shipping charges.
